This week’s blog takes us back to the autumn when we visited the New Forest, we sampled a few breweries but this one really appealed to us.
Set away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life this little brewery is situated on a small estate and housed in a former workshop.
It overlooks a paddock dotted with horses, so sit back, relax, grab a #beer and enjoy the scenery.
The owners were behind the bar when we arrived and where happy to great us. We had a great chat and they were able to talk us through their beer selection, their brewing process and everything else on offer.
The taproom is a cosy space that oozes a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with rustic handmade items fitting of the location. You can even view the small batch brewing tanks behind the bar. There is ample seating outside too with both being #dogfriendly.
We were there on a sunny Sunday afternoon and treated ourselves to a cheese and crackers platter which went down very well with a couple of their beers! They also have regular street food vendors, so be sure to give them a follow on social media to keep up to date.
This #taproom is off the beaten track, but if you’re on holiday in the New Forest or even if you live local and haven’t found this little gem yet, be sure to take the time out and give them a visit. Definitely worth it!
